Won’t charge off power bank and power mount, Edge Explore 2

After recent firmware version update , my Edge Explore 2, mounted on power mount, won’t charge off a connect power bank it was previously happy with. Can’t see anything in version notes to indicate why.

I would sell Garmin and purchase a different brand that works.
