After updating to 24.20 I'm now seeing inaccurate grades being displayed. When going uphill I'm getting negative gradients and going along flat shows 6%/7%. On Climb Pro in a red sections just 6%. It was fine before the update.

This issue was reported after upgrade to 24.19 on other Garmin Edge devices. Garmin apparently ignored the reports and released 24.20 for EE2 with the same problem. Garmin, shame on you ! Each new firmware…
Are Garmin using us as betatesters?!
Worst thing is, that you can not disable new updates.
This is my first and obviously my last garmin device as well..
Exactly the same here after I upgraded Saturday night. Completely nonsensical grades on a beautiful blue skies day. +20% on a 5% grade, -9% on a flat section. Absolutely all over the place.

I took a look at the 1050 and 840 forums and I can only conclude that, yes, we are just large scale beta testing and there will never be a stable version.
The fact that the EE2 gets its updates a month or two later yet still has the same problems noted during the other roll-outs is indicative of a completely dysfunctional software and program management structure.

Oh god, I installed the update in the hope it fixes the connectivity issues but it looks like it’s just introduced a new one. Come on Garmin, this is unacceptable
I think, better is by this 1030 with EOL :)
It always like that: with every new version you get new "features", nobody asked for except for the marketing department to get new buzzwords, new bugs. Sometimes you also have some fixes but if the bug you had wasn't listed in the changelog, then it's not likely
We all are testers :P
