I received the Garmin Edge Explore 2 two days ago.
I did the first tests with the initial charge, it was around 80%. Everything normal. Last night the charge was at 3%. This morning I connected the Edge Explore 2 with the supplied cable to a 10 W UL-marked battery charger for the first charge, as indicated in the manual, but it did not turn back on. I tried moving it to a USB port on a PC but nothing changed.
It does not charge. It does not turn on. It does not come out of the low battery condition.
