Australia and NZ routable maps update - fails, no specific error

I'm running the latest Express on MacOS Sonoma. Connected my 2 month old Edge Explore 2 and received a notification that an update for the ANZ maps was available. I kicked off the update and it fails almost immediately with a generic message akin to "Update Failed".

Anyone having the same issue? Both my MacBook and EE2 have plenty of space available for downloads.

Garmin Express us full of bugs, I rarely use it. Since yesterday it tells me that I have a corrupt file, but instead it's filename only gives me the date and time of the file...
