Hi just bought a Garmin edge explorer 2 arrived today I’m

trying to get it up it just keeps bleeping at me every few seconds saying about elevation and also keeps coming up with what looks like a pause symbol? It just does it every 5 seconds

what am I doing wrong is boxing me head in and I want to throw it ha thank you

The blue symbol is a prompt for you to press the start button to commence recording an activity. You can change the timer start mode in your activity profile if you don't want to see it. The elevation note should clear when you start.

It just won’t stop popping up even when I’m just setting it up out the box is that normal it’s just orooer annoying and beeps every few seconds

Either disable auto start in the settings or switch the profile to indoors so gps is off
