The temperature showing on screen is frozen at 20.4 degrees and has been for several weeks.

I have had this device for 3 months and for first 2 months, it showed the accurate temperature - since then it has got stuck on 20.4 degrees and never changes. How can this be resolved?

Same problem. I have 27 degrees.

Have you tried resetting the device? Hold the power button for 10 seconds until it blacks out and restart it. This won't erase your data.

The temperature on Garmin is coming from mobile phone. Connect phone via Bluetooth and will update the weather.
