My Garmin won't connect a phone or sensors

my Garmin won't connect a phone or sensors...I've tried everything such as deleting the app, factory settings updates, but nothing helps...no Bluetooth!
suggestions? Firmware 20.18

I had the same problem, and then what solved my problem was to search for sensors. It found it with a different BT MAC address. Apparently the sensor changed it's address when I changed battery.

Though if it doesn't see your phone then it sounds a bit more serious. Does the phone see the edge?

I have now returned the Garmin...get another one!
