I recently bought a new Edge Explore 2.
After updating the device, i tried to connect it with Basecamp.
The program tells me:
"There was a problem communicating with the Garmin device. Please update the sotware in the device."
But the software is uptodate...
What was wrong with this device? PC and smartphone (via Connect) recognized it, but not Basecamp nor Mapinstall.
How could I resolve this problem?
