Can't connect to an ANT+ enabled bike

I just purchased an EDGE Explore 2. I have not been able to connect it to my TREK Domane+ AL. The Bike uses the ANT+ system, so it should work. I know the bike is transmitting data because it connects right away to the TREK app. Any ideas?

No, I tried through the trek central app on my iphone, but it says it will only accept bluetooth hr monitors... I guess I will just use the trek app if it will not allow me to connect the edge. I would think this is an update that trek could add to the hyenna system if they wanted.

If you want to use your edge for cadence/speed you could add the Bontrager DuoTrap S Digital Sensor as there is a built in spot for it on the bike. You won't have battery/output, but you would have something.
