Garmin music control screen does not work with the edge explorer 2.

One of the screens you can use is the music control screen. It can play, skip tracks forward and backward from your connected smartphone.

I followed the user manual on this, but sadely it does not work. Does someone know the solution for this?

That screen works for me. Maybe try to control some other music app on your phone.

It works with native one that POCO phones come with

try this for both the connect app AND the music app you are using:
