My Unit will not show up on my phone

I am experimenting with loading routes from my phone to the Explore 2 using a USB cord. It worked this morning now it will not even show up on the phone.

Suggestions?

Ok, I just reversed the cord direction and it worked. I am using a little junction type box. Is there a USB cord with 2 "C" ends?

Yes, check Amazon for "usb c male to male cable."
