Komoot routes not arriving on edge explore 2

My new Komoot routes no longer arrive when I send to device. Completed routes from the device appear in Komoot app. I have checked updates and that courses are ‘active’ on connect/Komoot. I have tried several new routes over several weeks and nothing! Anyone got any ideas please?

Try deleting some routes from your device. I just discover that there's a limit of 100 routes saved in our Explore 2 and once you reach this limit you cannot import new routes..

I'm having the same issue, but with RideWithGps. I used to pin the routes in RWGPS, they would automatically reach the garmin. Since some time ago it doesn't anymore. But my rides get updated on rwgps. Sad
