Komoot routes not arriving on edge explore 2

My new Komoot routes no longer arrive when I send to device. Completed routes from the device appear in Komoot app. I have checked updates and that courses are ‘active’ on connect/Komoot. I have tried several new routes over several weeks and nothing! Anyone got any ideas please?
