EE2 screen won't respond to touch after latest update

Recorded a ride today and all went well. Edge uploaded an update, then it synced my ride (which looks good). IIRC, when I tried to shut down the EE2, it installed the update. The EE2 restarted but now I can shut it down...the power options screen appears but none of the buttons are responsive.

I tried the hard-reset instructions but that doesn't seem to work (I don't think it gets into a state where hard reset is available).

Are there files I should delete to force another update? Seems like I've done that before (quite a while ago, probably with an older Edge).

Help!
