After update screen dont work

Good to all, I wonder if anyone else has happened that after the 10.23 update, the screen does not respond. Everything works, but the screen does not respond to touch. I've tried hard reset and so on, but it still doesn't work. Someone with the same problem or who knows how to solve it?

Same thing happened to me, luckliy my device was still under warranty and was sent a replacement, did the 10.23 update and is working fine, so why didn't it mess up the replacement device but did to the other one still remains a mystery
