How to disable unnecessary sound / audio alerts?

How can I disable all sounds except the navigation alerts? We are in 2023 and i though tamagotchi sounds are out....

For the navigations alerts i can take the cheap sounding sounds, but i dont need them for some other alerts like for reaching a award or something like that during navigation. Is there a way for minimise the amount of alerts?

No. All on or all off, no tone variation.

Yes, it's a shame. I hate the various tones (straight out of an 8 bit computer game) that the Edge uses, but navigation tones would be useful. Equally tones for notifications and warnings would be handy as they don't stay up for long.

Presumably this would be reasonably easy to address in a future firmware update.
