Problema Garmin Edge Explore 2

Buenos días, desde que actualicé mi Garmin Edge Explore 2, no sincroniza las actividades al acabar cualquier actividad, de manera que ahora me toca conectarlo a Garmin Express para que se sincronice. Estoy muy decepcionado, porque pasa el tiempo y no dáis ninguna solución. Me compré este dispositivo precisamente por la sincronización automática, y desde hace unos meses que ya no lo puedo hacer.

¿Tenéis pensado solucionarlo algún día? Simplemente por venderlo y cambiar de marca, ya que de esta manera no me sirve de nada. Espero vuestra respuesta, pero viendo que la gente ya os lo ha preguntado y no habéis contestado, pues la verdad, me decepciona.

  • Same problem here. Just hoops to jump through. Reboot this, clear that, reset, reinstall. None of it works. The biggest problem is that Garmin won't mark this as a bug to be fixed when none of their suggested solutions work. Until they recognize it as a problem, they will never fix it. 

  • I have the same problem. But it seems that you have to use Connect to sync it for more than one time, and then the record will be ready to view.

  • It seems. But I find this an unacceptable soultion. If a PC sync would return the device to properly syncing with a phone ... fine. If the functionality is broken, well it needs to be fixed. It is an advertised feature that generally works fine on all other Edge devices. I also travel a lot and hauling a laptop to each destination,.or waiting days for a sync isn't practical. 

    My.service ticket.has gone unanswered. My return window has closed. I'm a pretty loyal Garmin customer,.but I feel pretty burned on this purchase. I'd even take a credit towards a new purchase but it seems I'm out of luck. 

  • It does is frustrating. Aside from this, I have owned the Edge Explore 1, and the OS, map viewing is far more smoother than Explore 2.

  • I have an occasional syncing issue, I haven't fully worked out why but it is possible that my Explore 2 doesn't sync when my Vivoactive watch is also in range & connected to the phone.

    Do you have any other devices connected when you have sync issues? It's frustrating as it's a new "feature", never used to have issues. It's started since FW v8.x I've just updated to v9.07 but haven't tested it yet.
