Using Garmin Express (wired) my Explore 2 was offered an IQ Store software update. Before being able to install I had to agree to several items comparable to installing Apps on the smartphone.
One that wondered me was allowing IQ Store running in the background when not active potentially affecting battery life.
My question: is IQ Store always running in the background a new requirement of the latest version of IQ Store, or was this already happening with the current or older versions?
I never use IQ Store, so I consider not to install the update that is offered now purely to save battery consumption for something I don't use.
