Slow syncing

I just upgraded from an Explore 820 to the Explore 2.

So far I'm happy, but why does the Explore 2 sync so slow with my phone.

When I saved a ride on the old Explore 820, it was synced to my phone within 2 to 3 seconds.

Now it takes about a minute to sync the same data?

Also, one other question.

When the device is showing the main screen (with the glances). How can you get back to the navigation/data field screens?

During a tour I accidently switch back to the glances screen (don't know how I did it), and the only way I found to get back to the map view was to stop/restart my activity.

I am experiencing the same coming from 520 to Explore 2. It took almost 10 minutes to sync 100 km ride to my phone. I find it very annoying.

Have you found any fix for this?

I believe to get back to activity from glances screen, you just tap on the top where you have one of MTB/Road/Trainer profiles.

No, never found a fix.

Also nice that the bugs that where in my old explorer, are still present in this new device.

(When starting a route navigation before any sensors are detected, the sensors never get detected).

Garmin and software: never a good pair.
