Set a km/h speed by myself

Course is calculated based on average speed 25km/h. Is there is any way I change speed calculator from default/average 25km/h to 15, 18, or 20 km/h? I know myself - 25km/h is something I cannot do during 4 hours trip, secondly I don’t want to :)

Or even better: it should know your average speed compared to the average of the average rider and use that

Are you referring to the speed that is set when the Edge is determining the course or a course designed on Garmin Connect? On Garmin Connect there is a option to set the speed.

Does the course speed do anything on the Explore 2. I didn’t think virtual partner was implemented on this device?

Indeed, virtual partner is not enabled. For me setting manually course speed improve accuracy in arriving time to the destination point. By default Explore 2 show me arriving time based on idea I bike 25km/h. If I change to 10 km/h or 15 I Get different and realistic arriving time.
