MIssing Smart recording interval

Hello

In the menu System - Data Recording, the menu item "Recording interval" is missing

As specified in the manual:
Recording Interval: Controls how the device records activity data. The Smart option records key points where
you change direction, speed, or heart rate. The 1 Sec option records points every second. It creates a very
detailed record of your activity and increases the size of the stored activity file.

I can't find it on my device... And you, do you have it ?

The option to use smart recording was removed from the Explore and Edge 1040. The units now always record using 1 second recording. With the greater availability of storage space on the devices there is really no need for smart recording anymore.

and with the slow bluetooth connection it has no wonder it takes so long (compared to a watch) to sync
