So this past weekend I loaded up a mixed surface 115 mile route to my new Edge Explorer 2 and set off for a ride. The first 20 miles was a mix of Greenway and Single track, the next 60 was Gravel/Pavement, the last 30ish was Single track back to the Greenway.
Everything was fine until about mile 90 when the Current location arrow froze in place making Navigation Stop working. The map stayed centered on this current location and did not move as I did, but the Blue history line continued to update as I went along.
Has anyone else experienced this? I was running V6.04. I really hope this is not a hardware limitation of a "Lower End" device, because as a Bikepack Racer I don't really want all the extra training information (and price) the Edge 1040 has.
