On most Edge touch screen just hold either the X or Y scale values on the elevation page and it will change the screen to allow you to adjust that scale.
Thanks! This is my 3rd Edge so I knew that it worked that way but I couldn't get it to happen. The most important words in your answer were "and hold". For reference of others, that brings up a "+/- " field that can be used to adjust the appropriate scale.
