Unit stopped giving turn by turn guidance - nothing changed in the settings and turn by turn still switched on.

Thanks for the reply, I had already checked this setting and confirmed it was on (took me a few minutes to find it -maybe your reply will help speed this up for others). . In the end I resorted to a reset which appears to have fixed the problem.
