Pairing the Edge 850 to a Bowflex C6 indoor bike

Just received my Edge 850 and have updated the firmware and other updates. I have paired my heart rate monitor and my power pedals but cannot pair the bike. When I hit "Search All" the bike shows up, but when I hit the + button it times out connecting to the bike. I used this bike with my old 1030 plus so I know the bike works ok.

Am I missing anything?

probably you need to remove the BT pairing from 1030 and from the C6 itself. i assume the C6 is only a "speed sensor " , try to search that. is it really mandatory connection? i mean, if you use zwift or mywhoosh with power pedals, that is fully enough, it is not a controllable smart bike, you need to adjust the resistance manually, right?

I did remove the bike from the 1030, and I don't see a way to remove anything from the bike. It does use BLE for speed. I do use Zwift and it worked fine when I tested it tonight. It does look like I only need the speed for one of the data fields on the 850 and nothing else so I'm not to worried about it now. I'll just reassign another value for the speed on the 850.

It's a known issue anything that uses the schwin Ic800 type speed and cadence sensors no longer pair with Garmin devices.
