Indoor workout training page: secondary objective field

I use the Garmin EDGE 850 to train indoor with my Tacx Flux S.

I appreciated the possibility to set a secondary objective, like cadence, with respect to the older 830 version.

In the training page, can I set a field to track this secondary goal, but if there's no secondary objective, go back and automatically display cadence?

Currently if there is no secondary objective it displays the specific phase distance (instead of the secondary goal), that I'm not personally interested to.

In regard to that, why the estimated speed is wrongly correlated to the power applied on the pedals (example: 180W -> 30Km/h)?
