Odd sensor discovery

I have just changed the battery on my xc100 power meter pedals and the only thing being discovered is in the attached screenshot.

after failing to reconnect I deleted my existing power meter config from the edge and tried to rediscover 

This odd thing shows up as as BLE but doesn’t actually connect 

Any ideas what it could be…
