Power Zone - option for 3sec Zone instead of default 1sec

Is it possible to get a 3 sec power zone indication, as the default 1 sec power zone data window is just too erratic to be useful.

    Yes.  3, 10, and 30 second power are available data fields.  Press and hold your power data field until a black box appears around it.  Tap it, a list of data fields will appear. Scroll to find the one you want and tap it.  I generally have two power fields showing, 10 sec and 30 sec.
