    Do you notice any issue with the battery otherwise? Swelling, power draining quickly, difficulty charging, overheating?

    i have seen such an icon on my 840 also (when i unplugged it from my computer where i charged it fully), if i remember good just for a very-very short time but after the boot the battery percentage was dropped slowly and the unit was working as it should. i think the OP's device is also working (otherwise he would have written more complains .... :) )
