Steps to reproduce:
FW 27.14, garmin edge 840. RTL 515, latest fw.
start a ride, stop for more than 2 minutes and start riding again.
Till the speed does not get higher than 25 km/h and (if you don't keep it steadily above) I'm getting constant random phantom notifications.
