Edge 840 Solar, 27.14, rebooted while saving a long ride

Something very unpleasant happened to me - the bike computer rebooted while saving a long 600 km ride. Nothing was saved, after the reboot the ride was reset, the TempFIT folder is empty. I am very upset and frustrated, is there really no way to restore the data? Before this, I had a similar situation twice with 600+ km rides, but those times the bike computer did not reboot, but froze at the moment of saving and I found the file with the training in the TempFIT folder.

yes, it happened to me when recording longer activities that the edge 540 would freeze for a few minutes and onece did not saved all metrics and GPS track. it is especially visible if navigation or training was on during the activity (about 100 km). it is absurd that equipment for so much money would be do unstable as an old computer from the 90s. if it does not change with the next update, I intend to return the device and demand a refund. Not refurb. Refund.
