Connect IQ data field showing logo with 3 dots

Hi everyone! I’ve expecting some weird behavior related to CIQ data fields in my Edge840. I have four CIQ data fields and one of them always show a CIQ logo with 3 dots.
In my road profile, currently I have the following data fields: Core, WindField, Xert Magic Buckets and My Bike Radar Traffic. The error shows in the My Bike Radar Traffic data field. I tried to create a different profile and My Bike Radar Traffic works, but not the Core data field.

what am I missing?

Software is updated, already tried to use the iOS app and Garmin Express, uninstalled and installed everything again.

Thank you, tried a lot of things but nothing worked. It’s weird that the CIQ data fields work in some activity profiles and not in others (but didn’t use the same data field simultaneously in two profiles…

I have experienced the same issue repeatedly with no apparent reason or solution. Sometimes re-adding the CIQ data field works sometimes it doesn't.
