When I go on long rides and stop for food or beverage, I will pause the activity and hit the power button (to put the computer to sleep). When I resume, I hit power and start and spin the wheel and crank. My radar, chest strap, and speed sensor all reconnect without delay. Even though I've spun the crank, my cadence sensor doesn't always reconnect. I then need to pull the notify shade down and hit the arrow-circle to rescan and the cadence sensor will reconnect. (Sensors are all Garmin, except the Polar chest HR.)
