Daily suggested workout only rest days

My Edge 840 never shows a daily suggested workout. I have a Forerunner 965 which does, but the Edge 840 only shows me rest days every day. I did only use Zwift lately, but since it syncs to Garmin it gives all the stats for a training status, vo2 max etc. Any possible solutions?
