Cycling maps locked then gone after 26.18 upgrade

I just updated to v26.18 and afterwards I noticed that my local cycling roads were no longer present. I saw in Map Manager that my North America cycling had a locked map for upgrade. I tried to update the North America map from Garmin Connect with a USB connection from my MacBook Pro M3, but now that map is gone.

How do I get the North America map and re-installed?

And why did the old one get wiped with the update?

IDK, but I've manged my maps using Garmin Express on my PC. With the 840 connected to your computer and Garmin Express running, click on manage maps and see what options are presented.

I have exactly same problem. The Australia New Zealand cycle maps and Africa ones say locked. This seems to have happened after the recent map and firmware update. Garmin connect doesn’t show those maps anymore so not sUte if they’re integrated now into the bigger maps. Would be great to hear if anyone has solved this issue
