recommend a bike computer

With the connect plus mess, I am done with Garmin. looking at a wahoo or coros bike computer, or anything else without the connect plus price.

This would be used for mountain biking to replace my 840.

Ignore connect plus. The 840 isn't less functional because of this new product.

I should clarify. I have an 840 and my wife just bought a mountain bike. She wants a bike computer like the 840, but not Garmin brand. Looking for something similar specs but not Garmin.
