Hello! I have a Garmin Edge 840 Solar bike computer. When I’m using the Mountain Bike activity profile and I stop during a ride (while keeping the activity and timer running), the navigation screen always appears while I’m stationary. Is there a way to turn this off?

Oh. I missed that in the manual. I've disabled that and will try it soon. As with the OP it has always annoyed me (though I can see when it might be useful).
