Garmin locked my previous post without any clarity.... and Garmin support also had no answers. Typical.

My original post below... I'd appreciate some clarity on this subject if anyone has the experience.
After installing, both maps showed on the Edge unit, but Cycle Map Africa had a lock on it. Taping it, the unit read "This map is locked. If this is in error, remove and reinstall the map"
I did this, but it remained locked.
I then removed all the *img files from the device, reset the device to factory settings, and started from scratch.
After all this, now the Cycle Map is showing up fine, but the Topo Africa map is locked.
Whats going on? How do I fix this?
