Garmin 840 Stuck in Boot Loop

Hi, my Garmin 840 is stuck in a boot loop. I’ve already tried all troubleshooting steps with support, but nothing has worked. The device isn’t recognized by my computer (tested on both macOS and Windows). It attempts to power on, reaches ‘Loading courses, workouts, and locations,’ then restarts.
