Garmin Express hidden function?

Do I miss something with Garmin Express ? do it have somewhere a hidden function ?
In the support page concerning 25.25 they suggest to transfer files via Garmin Express, How do I do this (for ex. Totals.fit)?
"To transfer content to your device from your Garmin ConnectTm account, install the Garmin ExpressTm application."
