Active Calories not Updating

I just finished a 2 hour ride and it shows my Active Calories as still basically 0 when I burned over 1000 calories. Any way to fix this?

    I had few times that issue. One time helped update to newest version or join beta program, another time restore factory settings.

    Today I got 26.17 update, I'm out of beta program, tried restore factory settings and still application doesn't see that I had training. 

    Sometimes I saw updated value when I did refresh, but it looks like someting override that value... I've send request to Garmin Support, so we will see how they can resolve that.

    I have the same issue on my Edge 840. No calories being counted as active although on the activity I can see the value.
