I have just created a test plan aimed at an event - and promptly deleted it. I have some questions for those who have used these plans before. I definitely need some tips to better set up the plan.
I went with the adaptive plan. The things I need some suggestions on revolves primarily around me running as well. Does it simply get absorbed within the plan if I have a ride scheduled and go for a run of similar impact? Or do I need to schedule days unavailable for the plan, then run on those days? I don't want to over-complicate it by setting up a trail running plan as well.
I also have a mostly fixed session of riding on a certain day, which will be a hard day - but it seems with the adaptive plan I cannot move my hard day to that day in the (web interface) calendar. Again, is it a case of then just taking the plan as suggestion and it will adapt afterwards? Likewise, I am currently on leave and as such can train on my scheduled rest day...
