Does Edge 840 pair with the ANT Cadence and Speed sensors from an Edge 810?

My 8 year old Edge 810 just stopped working and it won’t turn on. I’ve already tried replacing the battery and it still will not turn on. I’m looking to purchase an Edge 840. Will it pair with my Garmin ANT cadence and speed sensors that I used with my 810?

    Yes,   I'm still using a Garmin HR strap and wheel and cadence sensors on one of my bikes that are 15 years old.  That said, Magene cadence and speed sensors also work and they're $17 on Amazon.
