Having issues syncing Strava on one ride

This is the connect data which is correct no matter what I do it won’t connect to Strava

I’ve done a walk around home and this uploads / syncs to Garmin

help pls

Do you already have another Strava activity recorded at that time?

IDK, but you can always manually upload it to Strava. Go to the activity in the Garmin Connect website, click on the gear icon on the upper right, and select "Export File". The file goes into my downloads folder. Open the Strava page, click on the + icon on the upper right and select "Upload Activity," then select the " File" tab on the left, and upload the file.

Thanks for the below we have done this but now the activity date is still incorrect as 1st Jan when it was on the 2nd very strange ‍♀️

Thanks however I omitted to add it uploads as 1st Jan when ride was 2nd Jan ‍♀️
