ACTIVITY NON SAVED - FIT FILE MISSING

hi

today a strange thing happened to me, after saving the activity, saved correctly (I viewed the post workout pages) it in the activity was not uploaded to garmin connect and was not even visible in the history on device.

I connected the garmin to the pc and the activity is missing also in the "Activity" folder. Luckily I found the .fit file in the "TempFIT" folder, and I managed to upload it manually to connect. What could have happened?

    I have the same issue, happened twice (once with the firmware 20.19, and again today with the latest 25.24). It's getting a bit frustrating, for me each update has made the 840 a little bit worse, not better. In addition to the missing FIT file, I also have many issues trying to connect the device to Garmin Express. Need to replug the cable and reboot multiple times before it gets recognised.
