Battery Life Solar Edge 840 Solar

HI,

the battery Life of my Edge Solar 840 doesn't reach 5 hours!

Garmin post sale department is saying that probably it depends from my IQ apps that are not provided by Garmin.

Any other user with my same problem?

    We most commonly see users who report shorter battery life are using their Edge with the backlight on all the way, with no timeout settings active. 

    If you can provide the date from a recent ride, with your permission I can look at this file on our side to see what information was written to the device to see if the battery burn rate you were seeing on the Edge was abnormal or to be expected.
