NO POWER/CADENCE DATA AFTER UPDATE

After the most recent update. Power reads as zero as well as no cadence information. It shows on Zwift and Wahoo applications. I've removed and added the Powerlink pedals sensor to Garmin-calibrated...still the same issue. Why Garmin after an update? Is there a fix...another update? Frustrated.

    I carried over my sensors from my watch to my Edge when I activated my Edge. Although my trainer is configured as Ant+ on my watch, it was set as BLE on my Edge. I deleted it and re-added as an Ant+ device and it seems to be fine now. I did two activities with turning the trainer and Edge off between both activities and the power reading was available both time.

    I also have the same problem on Garmin solar 840 problem with bike powermeter sensor for Power and Pedal cadence since sw 25.25 update

    In the latest update, the Garmin 840 solar connects to the cadence and power sensor but does not transmit anything. The sensor is connected.

    I verified the powermeter sensor by also connecting it to Garmin Fenix 7xpro watch and it works and transmits power and cadence measurements correctly

    Has anyone else had this new problem with the Garmin 840 solar ( sw 25.25 ) connection of the cadence and power sensor ( powermeter ) ?

    Can you try via Ant+ if your power meter supports it? It solved my problem.

    Indeed ,it only seems to work with ANT+ after the update. Bluetooth connection as used before the most recent update is a no-go for lots. They still haven't provided the fix...and have not heard any additional updates.

    ...we haven't heard anything new/updates regarding the power & BT issue post most recent Garmin update. Any word?

    Same issue using Assioma Duo power pedals. Zero power and cadence data despite deploying the basic workarounds. Error started after recent update too. Have to return to using an old Edge 530!

    I just purchased the 840 and it worked fine for a couple weeks with my Wahoo Powerlink pedals. Yesterday I performed the update and now I am having the same issue everyone else here is having. I was able to connect via ant+ but the data started getting sketchy. 

    I guess we will wait to see what the fix is.
