NO POWER/CADENCE DATA AFTER UPDATE

After the most recent update. Power reads as zero as well as no cadence information. It shows on Zwift and Wahoo applications. I've removed and added the Powerlink pedals sensor to Garmin-calibrated...still the same issue. Why Garmin after an update? Is there a fix...another update? Frustrated.

I am having the same issue! My wahoo pedals are charged up. My edge 840 shows a 0 calibration successful, but no cadence and power readings…. Very frustrating…. Garmin fix this issue!!

I spent an hour repeating the steps before troubleshooting with Gramin over the phone this am. No luck...I'm forwarding screenshots and will be recording the video that they asked for to fix this. Dude.

Yep. haha...of all the data/connection issues. It's Power SMH.

Yes Dual side powerlink wahoo pedals. Friends with edge 840 solar are having same extra problems after update.

He noted powelink pedals. It’s not showing on garmin edge 840 unit as well.

Very true, my apologies for missing this. I have deleted my earlier reply posted in error.
stepwong I am opening an internal ticket and will coordinate with the Support Associate you spoke with on the phone to not overlap our work. The video he requested will also be helpful, but I can start with the Garmin folder you uploaded for us. Thank you.
