Unable to update from 25.22 to 25.24

I got the 25.22 beta firmware installed on my Egde 840 (non-solar) but now I am unable to update to the latest 25.24 either via Garmin Connect (Bluetooth) or Garmin Express (Mac). Checking for firmware update does not show the new 25.24 firmware.
