My 840 has the current software version 24.19 installed, and for the past few weeks, synchronization right after a bike ride hasn't been working.
I have tried various things:
- Manually starting the synchronization on the connected smartphone and/or the 840
- This works in less than 50 percent of attempts
- Completely turning off the 840, not just standby, and right after turning it back on, it synchronizes
- This works for 2-3 days, then it stops synchronizing again
- The smartphone is sometimes connected to Wi-Fi and sometimes to LTE without Wi-Fi
- It makes no difference which connection the smartphone uses
- During a bike ride, I receive messages from my smartphone on the 840
- So, there is a connection between the two devices
I expect the activity to be synchronized immediately after completion, as it was in the first few months (with a different software version).
Any idea?
