Firmware Archive or manually Download Archive for Edge 840

Hello,
has anyone some older software versions for Edge 840 devices?

Or is there already a software archive for manually download firmware versions for Edge 840?

A web search only reply with very outdated archives.

    Hi!

    Could you please tell - what the problem you are trying to solve? Older firmware vesrion is a solution, but what is a problem?

    I have problem with device connectivity after upadting to 24.19 - no WiFi, no BlueTooth, no Ant+ : my Edge can find nothing. So i thought: perhaps previous version of firmware could help me. Anyway i'm trying to find other Edge 840 owners with the same problem.

    Hi,
    at this time I only have an inaccurate elevation display, it jumps betwen -3% and +3% within a consistent grade. But that are peanuts, I read some serious issues with the current 24.19 version.

    On the other hand, I will collect all versions of firmware I can get for an archive. I will be able to downgrade my device if there are too many problems.

    If you have garmin express installed for a long time and made several updates with it to your 840, you will find the downloaded files in: C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\PrimaryFirmware on a windows pc. Below this directory there is a structure like this (here 24.19 version):
    PrimaryFirmware_PrimaryFirmware.006-B4062-00.24.19\gsup\006-B4062-00\24.19\full\rel\3bf0a427-e94b-462f-b5f5-dacc6d20b915\GUPDATE.GCD.

    The file GUPDATE.GCD is the update file.

    If there are many versions you have downloaded and installed, there are all recent firmware versions on your PC.

    Hi! I've tried to find on my PC C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\PrimaryFirmware, but unfortunately has no GCD files (possibly cause of system reinstalling).

    I'll remind that i'm trying to solve my connectivity problem with WiFi, BT and  Ant+ which appeared due to SW update to 24.19.

    If it's possible - could you please help me with older SW version for my 840? Maybe there some free access archive of old versions? Or you can share your version ?
